Where It All Began

Hues of Earth began with a problem I knew all too well.

After countless visits to the dermatologist and dealing with painful underarm irritation and burns from a deodorant that seemed to work for everyone else, I found myself searching for answers. The reactions couldn't quite be explained, yet my skin kept telling a different story. What followed was a frustrating search for a deodorant that could effectively control odor without compromising sensitive skin.

When I couldn't find one that truly met both needs, I decided to create it.

What started as a personal quest became a two-year journey of research, formulation, testing, and refining. Through countless batches, we carefully developed and tested our products on ourselves, friends, and family, ensuring every formula was both gentle and effective before sharing it with the world.

Our first focus was underarm care, but along the way, we discovered something bigger: people were looking for simple, thoughtful products that transformed everyday routines into moments of care. I've always been drawn to experiences that feel grounding, indulgent, and intentional. Whether it's discovering a new fragrance, exploring nature, or creating small rituals throughout the day, I've come to believe that self-care is less about perfection and more about how we make ourselves feel.

As someone who still has sensitive skin today, what I put on my skin matters. I don't have the luxury of choosing products based solely on beautiful packaging or trends.
